Do you offer custom packages?
Yes! We can offer a custom package to fit any need. If there is something more that you need than is listed, then you can contacts us and we will be more than willing to create a custom quote to fit your need.
Will you match a competitor's price?
No. We offer very good prices on the products that we offer, and with that you are getting some of the most knowlegable people in the industry to help you with all of your web solution needs.
Do you give non-profit, educational or open source project discounts?
Yes! You can contact us at sales@webheadstudios.com and we will be able to come up with a custom quote that will generally be less than what is offered on our sales pages, although this is not always the case. We will however host open source projects for free! All that we ask is that you have "Powerb By" link on the footer of your website. You can contact our sales team to get more information and get the ball rolling.
My website gets a lot of traffic--will this be a problem?
In general, no. It is a hard question to answer though because every website is unique and veries in complexity. An HTML page with only a few small images is going to be able to handle a lot more page views that say a PHP script that is having to access a database to query the information. So it all just depends on how the webpage is presented and if the information it cached.
What if I need more space and bandwidth?
You can get in contact with our sales team and we will be able to either move you to a bigger plan or create a custom one for you.

Probably! webHeadStudios is commited to providing all of the latest website development technologies to its customers. If we don't directly support a feature on our standard shared hosting plans, we do offer dedicated servers with root access so you can install any features that you need to get the most from your website.
I have my own SSL certificate--can webHeadStudios install it for me?
Sure! We allow you to use your own SSL certificate if you'd like. There is a one time $15 installation fee for all custom SSL certificates. Contact our customer service department for assistance.
Is your network fast and reliable?
You bet! We have the latest in networking technologies to ensure that your website is always available and fast!
Do you do regular backups of my account?
Yes, but is is *very strongly* advised that you do your own regular backups of your files and databases. webHeadStudios will do everything in its power to restore from a backup should anything happen to your account, but makes no guarentees.

We will help you install Wordpress, Drupal, and other simular CMS's and blogs. We do however strongly recommend that you learn how to install these programs so that you can manage and keep then up-to-date. We will help you in any way that we can.

Do you sell domain names or do I have to buy my domain from another company?
We do sell domains, but you are more than welcome to any domain registrar. All you have to do is point your nameservers to NS1.WEBHEADSTUDIOS.COM and NS2.WEBHEADSTUDIOS.COM

Do you allow Reselling on your current hosting plans?
Yes! You are free to do with your webspace as you may (as long as it is within the guidelines of our ToS and Service Agreement), including selling/subletting that space to friends or clients. But please not that our shared plans lack many features that most potential reseller clients may be looking for (customizable control panel, WHM, ClientExec, etc.), so the shared plans may not fit the needs of a customer looking to enter the "reselling" marketplace.
Do you offer Reseller services?
At this time, we do not offer reseller services, but you can through our dedicated server plans. We are looking to expand our services in the future however.
What is your Resource Usage Policy? If my site gets busy, will it be suspended?
In shared web hosting, the ability to use your account is limited not just by your space and bandwidth, but also by how much of your server's resources (processor and RAM) you may be able to use at a given time. Since you are sharing a server with many other clients, each must operate their site within certain limits to ensure that all accounts perform as well as expected.
We also completely understand, however, that webmasters are often unaware of intances where their site is using too many resources, and that such usage is not done maliciously. Our staff is dedicated to handling resource usage issues and working with clients to resolve them.
